Onetouch

I getting to see how other photographers direct and light their subjects is a good way to learn a couple of tricks, so last week I did learn a handful at Onetouch (sort of a workshop/shootschool/photog`s get together… ) . A picture is worth a thousand words so here goes a couple of thous.

Reversed Roles

As the title suggests the roles are reversed here. My models today, are actually photographers Mutua Matheka and Diana Ngila . The shoot went down at Stevekitots Studio. t`was tonnes of fun hanging out with fellow Photographers and twitterati @dianangila @Truthslinger @profkatts @dipwiz @sunnynjeri @shaydest @skubi @Nyingez @SteveKitots @AmungatheGreat @cheepeem and devouring a scrumptious cake.

There is so much to say here but am sort of under pressure at the moment.. got loads of work to clear and deadlines to meet so without further asay…

Die another day?

The past week has been such a hustle, moving out and moving right back in after the courts ordered a status quo as a court case was opened (refer previous post-the end of hmurimi?). The despite the negative side of things a few good things did happen I got hired to shoot lots of images from the building that were marked for demolition I think their owners wanted to have at least some memories of properties they once owned while some were taken to the media or shown to the judges to gain some.. sympathy? I don’t know.

Most of the images I shot were as per brief but I managed to grab my own shots just the way I liked them. this two images were shot from the rear of the building (the front, which I shot most of were fancy with paint and finishing which was not what I was looking for)
