Meet Elle, a new artist who just released her first Single . I was contacted by her manager to do a quick shoot for her publicity images. It was just a brief shoot, here is what I Did. After a long break TuesdayXperiment Returns next Tuesday.
Some time last month I went on a photographic expedition In Suswa with a couple of friends from Onetouch. A great adventure it was, but wouldn’t have been if it wasn’t for our tour guide who led us to beautiful sceneries we otherwise would have missed.
This shot is actually staged Mwarv here wasn’t busy shooting rock textures as the photo depicts.

Inside the caves were large colonies of bats Millions of them but photographing them was difficult as place was heavy with Guano (Bat Poop) Suspended in the air.
Saw this beautiful light falling form a hole on the caves roof and asked Amush to strike a pose
Thats all Folks. I`m not going to show you all the images I took… My be some other time.
Meet Abbie Oluchi from Nigeria but currently in Kenya studying Telecommunications at Kenyatta University. In her free time she plans on getting into kenyan modelling scene so she decided to have her first Professionally done model portfolio. she searched online for Kenyan Professional Photographer and landed on my work.
This was one fun photoshoot, she was good with poses and was bubbling with energy. We took lots of nice images what I posted here were just a few picks.. For the shower shots, I had to drench her with water so after the shoot there was lots of mopping to be done as the shots were done on a white pvc seamless backdrop. Most of the time photography is more fun than work. I love my job :)
Here are some of the Shots I did few weeks ago in the CBD at the city market wall. They were publicity imagery for some members of an underground hiphop group Ukooflani maumau who had done an album together. I Did the shoot after daylight as I intended to have full control of light without battling sunlight. The shoot went as intended but reviewing the images later I realized I`d forgotten to reset my ISO which was set high (very bad thing if you intend to have shadows in your shots) luckily for me, the images were required to be rough, ragged and raw.
